Offerings

We begin each session speaking about your body and providing education around health concerns. Then we move into hands on touch with a focus on fascia and organ work to bring the body back into alignment. Sessions may include neck, breast, belly, womb hips, and scar tissue remediation depending on what the body is asking for.

Initial Session:

Womb Care Package

It took years for your body to land in the place its at. It can take time and repetition for it to shift. This is the most effective way to work together and experience the depths of healing.

3 Session Package:

• 2 Hour Sessions $550

6 Session Package:

• 2 Hour Sessions $1,100

Anytime we add in Hands In Pelvic Work to a session within a package an additional $50 will be charged per session.

If you are a mama with a baby you are welcome to bring baby into your session with you if that feels nourishing. This is in honor of both you and baby’s nervous systems and the precious time of nesting together.

These sessions use gentle, mindful touch to support pelvic and reproductive health by encouraging relaxation and releasing tension in the fascia and tissues. This work promotes circulation, helping restore vitality and connection to the pelvic space. We’ll address any sensations or emotions that arise, tailoring each session to your unique needs for deep healing and reconnection with your body’s wisdom.

This work requires safety, trust, and and a healthy nervous system. To make sure that you are ready for this work you must receive Womb Continuum Care Sessions before receiving Hands On Hands In Pelvic Sessions. You are welcome to email me if you have questions regarding this.

* 90 minute hands in sessions are available for new mamas only. if you are a new mom you are welcome to bring baby into your session with you as a way to honor both you and your baby’s nervous systems. these are some of the most magical sessions!

75 minute Session

This session is in service to those who long to connect back their root. We begin with a consult to know the basis of your relationship with body and education if necessary. Then we move into a somatic meditation and I guide you through a self-touch exploratory session. This is a beautiful way to understand your vaginal/vulva health as well as connecting energetically to this sacred space.
